- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I usually deal with a wonderful gentleman name Nick unfortunately he was not at the store that day. I was treated poorly by the employees on staff and given a low offer for a diamond necklace well worth more then they offered. When asked to speak to the manager who i have spoken with once before he claimed he never have seen me before in his life I quickly jogged his memory of the previous day when he did see me. He then scrutinized me about not picking up previously pawned items which have a substantialy higher value then they were pawned for I felt i was being scolded. I immediately left with my necklace and will pick up my pawned items on Wednesday and will do my best never ro return to this establishment unless i am out of options. All in all i have had good experiences with Nick and this establishment until now. Former loyal customer very disappointed and disgusted.By 3asy, January 23, 2017
