- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I called this branch specifically. I heard someone pick up the phone and waited for them to say something. Instead I heard two bank employees talking about nail polish. Shortly after that, I was hung up on. I called back 4 times only to get a recording that says "all agents are busy assisting other customers". Busy assisting other customers, yeah right! Prior to that, I've been in the branch a half a dozen times and it doesn't matter whether you're there to see a teller, officer or even the ATM's inside, there is ALWAYS a wait. Lastly, about 2 months ago I went through the drive-thru to deposit checks and cash. The ATM wasn't accepting deposits. I tried back four times in 2 weeks and the ATM was never fixed. Needless to say I ended up going to another branch. I love banking with Chase as a whole but that branch really needs some work.By Viviane Quinones, February 07, 2017
